В документе отмечается, что «площадь квартир (без учета балконов, лоджий, террас, холодных кладовых и тамбуров) должна быть не менее 28 квадратных метров для однокомнатных квартир, включая те, где жилая комната объединена с кухней, и не менее 44 квадратных метров для двухкомнатных квартир».
