Ачивку на Госуслугах за такое не выдают, зато дают кое-что другое. Владельцы разбитых машин это ему и отгрузили, пока ждали прибытия сотрудников ГАИ.

С такими соседями и вражеских дронов не надо 🙈

Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
