Волгоградский проспект готовая студия 27 кв.м. стоит 8,9 млн. Да, у Метрополии окружение похуже, но и класс - бизнес, а не комфорт+. Так что не вижу смысла покупать строящееся со сдачей через 4 года (!) по цене готового или даже дороже.
