27 декабря Сыктывкарский городской суд удовлетворил ходатайство органов следствия об избрании меры пресечения в виде запрета определенных действий бывшему директору Центра «Мой бизнес» Сергею Жеребцову. Его обвиняют в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.3 ст.30, ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ, по факту покушения на мошенничество в особо крупном размере — на сумму не менее 9 188 912 рублей в отношении имущества АНО РК «Центр развития предпринимательства».
