Сегодня сделала салат с уткой из остатков холодильника.

Ингредиенты на 2 порции:
🥗 зеленый салат (примерно 30-40г)
🥗 помидор (1шт)
🥗 огурец (1шт)
🥗 морковь (0,5 шт)
🥗 мандарин (1шт)
🥗 лук-порей
🥗 утиная грудка (примерно 120-150г)

Соус:
🧂хойзин соус (1 ч/л)
🧂соевый соус (1 ст/л)
🧂рисовый уксус (1 ч/л)
🧂рыбный соус (1 ч/л)
🧂масло оливковое (1 ст/л)

И догналась десертиком - сырник + греческий йогурт + малиновое варенье.
