10 декабря в здании ИНИОН РАН прошла экскурсия по Музею и Фундаментальной библиотеке, а также круглый стол "Актуальные проблемы международных отношений", на котором выступили студенты Дипломатической академии МИД России, студенты ИМТК РУТ(МИИТ), а также сотрудники Отдела Ближнего и Постсоветского Востока.

Кроме того, студенты Дипломатической академии МИД России и ИМТК РУТ(МИИТ) заслушали доклады коллег из Отдела Ближнего и Постсоветского Востока.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
