Исполнительный орган ЕС заявил, что государства-члены должны условно одобрить план восстановления Венгрии после COVID-19, но Будапешту сначала придется провести ряд реформ, прежде чем он сможет получить 5,8 млрд евро в виде грантов от блока.
Отдельно комиссия предложила заморозить 7,5 млрд евро, выделенных Венгрии из бюджета блока, пока власти страны не примут ряд мер, направленных на искоренение взяточничества в правительстве.
