Наши дома уже второй год подряд захватывают рейдеры в лице управляющих компаний.
2024 год - управляющая компания «Приморский двор»: фирма-однодневка, дата регистрации 16 мая 2024 года, гендиректор - Мусаев Арсланали Магомедзагирович, совершает новый рейдерский захват наших домов. И вновь подделка протокола общего собрания собственников с грубейшими нарушениями всех нормативно-правовых актов и Жилищного кодекса Российской Федерации, на которые Государственная жилищная инспекция города Санкт-Петербург закрывает глаза и принимает документы о проведении собрания собственников без указания инициатора от людей, не являющихся собственниками в нашем доме.
