Я катаю ступни утром в течение минуты либо теннисным мячом, либо твёрдым шариком. А спину (только верхнюю часть) и ноги (икры, переднюю поверхность бедра) около трёх минут роллом. У меня с шипами, но мне нравятся и с ровной поверхностью.
😄 Что это даёт: 1. Мышцы разогреваются и приходят в тонус. 2. Тело просыпается после сна. 3. Косточки похрустывают. 4. Настроение улучшается.
Про правильные техники МФР лучше узнать на других каналах, у меня же просто любительский опыт.

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
