Правительство РФ запустило новую программу, которая предусматривает переселение людей из ветхого жилья. За 2 года в новые квартиры переедет примерно 50 тыс человек.
Какие же дома войдут в число участников программы? В первую очередь, многоквартирные, признанные непригодными для жизни в период с 2017 по 2022 год. На это будет направлено 45 млрд рублей. С помощью выделенной суммы получится переселить людей с 1 млн кв. метров аварийного жилья.
При этом правительство РФ не полностью обеспечивает программу. Так, будет определяться уровень софинансирования расходов из федерального бюджета — с учётом обеспеченности субъектов РФ. В среднем он будет составлять 60%.
Сахалину уже в этом году выделят господдержку размером в 22,5 млрд рублей. Кроме нашей области, финансирование получат ещё 8. Это связано с тем, что именно эти субъекты до 1 мая выполнили в полном объёме задачи по расселению жилья.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
