Речь идёт о проведённых работах по ремонту фасада и подвала дома № 3к4 по улице Советской Армии. Руководителю Фонда капремонта за это было внесено прокурорское представление, на которое организация не удосужилась отреагировать- за что в прямом смысле поплатилась.
В связи с таким поведением было возбуждено административное дело по статье 17.7 КоАП РФ - умышленное невыполнение требований прокурора, которое рассмотрел Октябрьский районный суд Рязани и назначил штраф Фонду.
