В тройку лидеров вошли также Тверь (прирост 10,8%) и Пермь (9,1%). Меньше всего однушки дорожают в курортном Сочи. Там зафиксировано подорожание всего на 0,37%.
Вот и наглядный показатель того, что вся демагогия Любимова про сдерживание цен и поддержание уровня жизни как всегда оказались пустой болтовнёй. Ждём теперь традиционное губернаторское «да, цены выросли, но не критично, посмотрите, как у других».

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
