Шевцов подчеркнул, что Россия не начала бы специальную военную операцию, если бы Украина и Запад добросовестно выполняли Минские соглашения. Он также отметил, что украинский народ вправе требовать ответа за обман, связанный с несоблюдением этих договоренностей.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
