Если бы не знания и мой опыт, то я так и продолжала бы сидеть на бездумных диетах, а потом как не в себя переедать.
Я бы так и не избавилась от проблем с ЖКТ, кожей, эмоциональными перееданиями, отсутствием энергии и чувства, что вся жизнь вертится вокруг еды…
Я бы так и не смогла наслаждаться жизнью и тратить свои ресурсы не на обдумывание проблем со здоровьем, а на счастливую жизнь.

Ведь наш образ жизни, наше питание — это не только про здоровье.
Это про то, как мы проживаем свою жизнь!

У нас всегда есть выбор — «сидеть на месте» или же взять и начать делать действия.
Если знать, какие действия делать, то результат не заставит себя долго ждать 🤍

It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
