Силовики задержали 32-летнего Вячеслава Гальцева в селе Березовка Омской области. Он числится стрелком воинской части 42896, сообщает издание ASTRA.
На него завели уголовное дело по ч.2 ст.131 УК РФ (изнасилование, соединенное с угрозой убийством или причинением тяжкого вреда здоровью, а также совершенное с особой жестокостью по отношению к потерпевшей или к другим лицам).
