В ноябре мы рассказали про проблему жителей станции Сендега под Костромой. 78 человек отрезаны от трассы ЖД-путями.
После нашего обращения Костромская транспортная прокуратура потребовала от филиала ОАО «РЖД» оборудовать санкционированный переход через пути, в т.ч. для граждан с физически ограниченными возможностями. Прокуратура Костромского района потребовала от администрации района организовать подъезд к населенному пункту и обустроить улично-дорожную сеть.
Администрация Костромского района сообщила нам, что подъезд возможно обустроить со стороны села Костенево. Сроки будут известны при формировании плана ремонтных работ на 2024 год. Держим на контроле.

Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
