Тихорецкий районный суд рассмотрел уголовное дело, возбужденное в отношении молодого человека 2009 г.р., обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст.105 УК РФ.
Установлено, что 10.01.2024 г. подсудимый в ходе словесного конфликта произвел выстрел из охотничьего ружья в область головы своей приемной матери. Женщина скончалась на месте. Расследование проводилось СУ СК России по Краснодарскому краю.
Дело рассматривалось в закрытом режиме.
⚖️ Судом молодой человек признан виновным, ему назначено наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок 3 года 1 месяц с отбыванием наказания в воспитательной колонии с применением амбулаторного принудительного лечения и наблюдения психиатра. Приговор в законную силу не вступил.
