Согласно документам, опубликованным на сайте KASE, за год общие активы Joint Resources увеличились почти на 13 % (в 2022 году их оценивали в 359 млрд 409,4 млн тенге). Суммарный капитал компании составил 396 млрд 314,9 млн тенге (по сравнению с 357 млрд 163,9 млн тенге годом ранее). Годовая чистая прибыль АО «Joint Resources» составила 39 млрд 150 млн 975 тыс. тенге. До этого акционерное общество Кулибаева показывало убытки: в 2022 году компания понесла убытки на сумму в 127 млрд 606 млн 425 тыс. тенге.
