Как сообщил адвокат Жапишевой, против неё составили административный протокол по части 7 статьи 488 КоАП РК — «Нарушение законодательства о порядке организации и проведения мирных собраний».
Активистке грозит штраф в размере 197 тысяч тенге либо арест на срок до 15 суток.
Как уточнил адвокат, суд пройдёт сегодня.
Напомним, в поддержку задержанного администратора сатирического паблика QazNews24 устраивал одиночный пикет и другой журналист — Руслан Бикетов.
