«Мы выделили деньги на мост. Сейчас мы видим, он вроде бы готовый. Честно говоря, у меня у самого уже терпения не хватает. Сейчас на еженедельном совещании я сам встречаюсь и с подрядчиком, и с городом. Потому что сейчас вопрос именно в документации. Думаю, что в течение нескольких недель мы решим все вопросы и запустим объект».

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site.
