• для физлиц — от 1 до 2 тысяч; • для должностных лиц — от 4 до 10 тысяч; • для юрлиц — от 15 до 45 тысяч. • за повторное нарушение в течение года для юрилиц — от 50 до 80 тысяч.
Важно: закон не будет распространяться на собственников, иных законных владельцев помещений в многоэтажных домах, земельные участки под которыми не образованы или образованы по границам таких домов.
