Протокол на мужчину составили из-за его выступления на апрельском концерте певицы Флеры Колахметовой-Талиповой. Тогда Аглиуллин заявил, что президенты Татарстана Минтимер Шаймиев и Рустам Минниханов извлекли для себя финансовую выгоду, угрожая Москве татарским национальным движением.
Сам Аглиуллин сказал журналистам, что не планирует обжаловать этот штраф: «Жаловаться на это решение нет смысла. Вместо 16 тысяч увеличат до 20 тысяч. Тем не менее нам нужно быть открытыми и не бояться говорить».

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
