Летом мы запустили проект по обучению женщин самозащите «Бить надо первой». Вместе с бронзовой чемпионкой мира по ММА Алисой Ирининой провели тренировки более чем в 10 регионах, более чем для тысячи девушек.
Прямо сейчас стартовал новый сезон проекта. Первую осеннюю тренировку открыли в Нижнем Новгороде вместе с депутатом Анной Скрозниковой. Более 70 девушек научились основным приёмам самозащиты в спортивном комплексе «Чайка» Автозаводского района, который был обновлен в рамках проекта Горьковского автозавода «Новый социальный вектор» при поддержке Олега Дерипаски.
В каждом городе девушки должны чувствовать себя в безопасности. И если не всегда может оказаться рядом тот, кто защитит, то нужно учиться защищаться самой.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
