«Для нас стало неожиданностью, что дизайн виндера с надписью «город Чебоксары» на чувашском языке вызвал у части жителей негативную реакцию. По-чувашски фраза звучит "шупашкар хулЫ" и не имеет нелитературного звучания. Не понимаем, почему такая реакция стала возможной в двуязычной республике».
В соцсетях предлагали прописать фразу сразу на двух языках, «чтобы всё сразу было понятно». Но в аэропорту заверили, что таких обращений к ним не поступало.
