Главу оккупационной администрации подшефного Пермскому краю Северодонецка Николая Моргунова задержали.
Его подозревают в участии в организованной преступной группе, причастной к ряду тяжких преступлений. По версии следствия Моргунов, занимая пост главы города Брянка, передавал участникам бандформирования сведения о состоятельных гражданах, после чего тех похищали.
Моргунов может быть причастен минимум к 11 убийства и 6 похищениям. Со всеми этими людьми у него были конфликты.
Дмитрий Махони постоянно поддерживал Моргунова и писал о нём в своих соцсетях. Более того, на «восстановление» Северодонецка из бюджета Пермского края выделялись десятки миллионов рублей.

There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK.
