Дополнительно проект предусматривает строительство асфальтового памп-трека, обособленного скейт-парка для детей, уютной лаундж-зоны и установку поста охраны с турникетом, обеспечивающим безопасность посетителей. Завершить работы обещают до конца декабря 2025 года.
