Автор проекта – петербургский режиссер-документалист Валерий Татаров. В съемках приняли участие доктор исторических наук, профессор Андрей Венков, генерал-полковник в отставке Николай Бритвин и член правления Ростовской региональной организации Союза писателей России Михаил Астапенко.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram.
