Я не договорила…что бы рисуя гелевой подводкой стрелку, вам не хотелось орать и бить посуду

1. Купите себе хорошую кисть
- angled eye liner
- MANLY PRO к112
- EIGSHOW angled eye liner
- LIC t05
- TNL PROFESSIONAL т303
Плюс не объяснимо но фак кисть с WB за 2 копейки…очень хороша

2. Перед тем как рисовать стрелки
- намочите кисть мицеляркой
- слегка макните в светлые тени
- наметьте стрелку тенями
А потом уже рисуйте чистовой вариант…тени стереть легче чем железобетонную подводку

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
