Есть более плотный, мягкий и дубовый стили, как например Ramon Bilbao, более свежий и дерзкий, как Lopez de Heredia, к которому я все никак не привыкну. Вот к первому типу относятся вина и Finca nueva. Два года назад я уже писал про него, и даже про этот же винтаж. Посмотрим что случается за два года с вином. 🍷 Finca Nueva Reserva 2014 — 100% темпранильо, выдержка 2 года в бочках, крепость ощутимые 14%. Свежий ягодный аромат, в первую очередь вишни, дальше чуток сливы, ощущается сладкая ваниль и бочка, со временем начинает чуть уходить в вишню в шоколаде. Вкус насыщенные ягодный с приятными танинами, мягкий, шершавый, но более дерзкий чем резерва рамона бильбао. Хорошая кислотность. Удивительно, но два года назад мне это вино показалось менее комплексным и готовым, а вот сейчас резерва 2014 самое то.
👍 Итого — вкусно, приятно, смело брать еще. Искать, в основном в симпле, желательно на скидках, до 2,5к рублей.
