❗Через ворожий авіаобстріл Куп’янська постраждали шестеро людей: поліція задокументувала наслідки воєнного злочину

🔻19 вересня близько 05:50 військові російської федерації здійснили авіаційний обстріл міста Куп’янськ.
🔻Постраждали шестеро осіб. Дістали тілесні ушкодження 74-річна жінка, 65, 72 та 50-річні чоловіки. Останній від госпіталізації відмовився. У 70 та 85-річних жінок виявлена гостра реакція на стрес. Пошкоджено 13 будинків.
👮‍♂️На місцях подій працювала слідчо-оперативна група Куп’янського РВП, криміналісти та вибухотехніки.
За фактом порушення законів та звичаїв війни слідчі відкрили кримінальне провадження за ст. 438 Кримінального кодексу України.
