Следствие утверждает, что летом этого года Данилевич поручил начальнику ГАИ Центрального района Андрею Тимошенко установить шумоизоляцию на своем автомобиле, при этом расходы на ремонт в размере около 100 тысяч рублей, возможно, были оплачены за счет Тимошенко. Также полковнику предъявили обвинение в получении бесплатной прогулки на катере по Неве, стоимость которой составила 30 тысяч рублей, и опять же — за счет начальника ГАИ.
