По данным Волжско-Каспийского филиала Всероссийского научно-исследовательского института рыбного хозяйства и океанографии, за последние 20 лет запасы воблы уменьшились более чем в 2 раза, уловы - в 6 раз, а за весь период наблюдений - более чем в 130 раз.
Кроме того, согласно приказу Минсельхоза РФ, до конца следующего года вводится запрет на вылов плотвы в семи районах Астраханской области, а также запрещается применение определенных орудий лова. Приказ вступает в силу с 1 января 2025 года.

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into."
