Ветерану необходимы ежедневные прогулки на свежем воздухе, для чего требуется инвалидное кресло.
На проблему откликнулся член правления Солнечногорского отделения «Боевое Братство» Александр Винокуров. Он передал информацию ветерану СВО Игорю Руденко.
Василию Рыбакову оперативно доставили инвалидное кресло, которое он уже успешно протестировал.
