Суд открыл конкурсное производство, однако информация о его сроке и назначении конкурсного управляющего пока отсутствует. Банкротство кооператива инициировала Татьяна Чивикова, предъявившая требования на сумму 3,6 миллиона рублей. На данный момент общая сумма требований кредиторов по принятым судом заявлениям достигла семи миллионов рублей.
