1️⃣Сухофрукты замачиваем в кипятке и забываем про них. 2️⃣Масло нарезаем кубиками, добавляем муку и яйцо 3️⃣Нарезаем сухофрукты и добавляем в тесто 4️⃣Делаем из теста шар, кладём в пакет и убираем в холодильник минут на 30⏰ 5️⃣Далее раскатываем тесто, делаем печенье. 6️⃣Печём минут 30 на 180 градусов.
