ℹ️Прокуратура г. Назрань Республики Ингушетия по обращению местной жительницы провела проверку исполнения законодательства в сфере жилищно-коммунального хозяйства.
💬Установлено, что с января 2018 года домовладение, принадлежащее заявительнице, непригодно для проживания из-за произошедшего пожара.
Однако ресурсоснабжающей организацией в течение 6 лет производились необоснованные начисления за газ, что привело к образованию задолженности за непотребленный ресурс в размере более 665 тыс. рублей.
Прокуратура внесла представление руководителю ресурсоснабжающей организации. 📄
Благодаря прокуратуре произведен перерасчет платы за коммунальный ресурс, права местной жительницы восстановлены.⚖️⚖️⚖️
