Нам говорят, ну почему Le Dome то колхозный. А мы отвечаем:

1. В квартире бесполезный коридор 37 метров. Учитывая, что у колхозников губа раскатана на 2,5 млн. за метр в проекте - этот коридор будет стоить практически 90 млн. рублей. Коридор и точка.
2. В квартире есть спальни без ванной и гардеробной.
3. Гардеробная с выходом на балкон. НА-ХУ-Я. Опять спальня без ванной. В квартире 220 метров.

Почему нельзя взять нормального дизайнера, который бы хотя бы отзонировал пространство и не допустил диких ляпов - вопрос открытый.

Планировки получились - "и так сойдет", "похуй, купят".
