В продажи также вышел проект от Русича - "Русич Кантемировский" - это кусок проекта ПИК - "Кавказский бульвар, 51". Картинки симпатичные.

Прайс - 266 тыс. руб./кв. м. - очень амбициозно, учитывая, что ПИК снижает цены этом проекте с июня 2022 года. Стартовали ребята в ПИКе по 227 тыс. руб./кв. м. И цены за весь период реализации особо не выросли - пик был в июне - 250 тыс. руб./кв. м., сейчас же прайс откатился до 230 тыс. руб./кв. м. Возможно, причиной "толкнуть" проект региональному Русичу послужил факт невозможности оптимально нарастить цену в проекте.
