Уже через месяц с момента анонса своего проект Emotion на ЗУ "2-й Силикатный, 8", Основа вышла на площадку и выкатила большой объем апартов в экспонирование.

Сейчас ценник - 390 тыс. руб./кв. м., что для локации даже низко. Если есть девелоперы, которые всегда стартуют с оверпрайса, то Основа наоборот прощупывает локацию доступной ценой, давая заработать инвесторам или конечникам, которые жду проект в локации. Например, с Мираполисом стартовали по 210 тыс. руб./кв. м. в прошлом декабре, а сейчас ценник уже выкрутился до 280 тыс. руб./кв. м.

Ждем данных по продажам.
