Произошел развод ПИКа и Инграда в рамках проекта в Румянцево. ПИК выполнял функцию фи-девелопера для Инграда, они получили все бумажки, начали прелонч на сайте. Сейчас анонс просто молча удалили.
Инград раз в полгода шатает, поэтому ПИКовские ребята выскочили из работы по этому проекту. Как мы знаем, там кроме смены менеджерского состава у владельцев появляется мерцающие желание продать компанию. На плохо летящем рынке "крупнейших сделок M&A" может ещё пара тройка штук произойти. Все упирается в вопрос цены.
