Если надо зафиксировать, как сейчас город видит проекты комплексного освоения территории, - то вот - "Верейская, 29". Много доминант, много разных центров притяжения, очень разнообразные фасады, - все что бы сделать застройку живой и не монотонной.

Посмотрим, что по итогу будут реализовывать MR или партнеры MR, которые выкупили участки данного проекта.
