✅Кокосовое молоко- 1 банка 400 гр ✅Сахар (любой. У меня коричневый)- 60 гр или по вкусу ✅Крахмал- 50 гр ✅Ванилин- по вкусу ✅Ягоды, посыпка и т.п.- для украшения
✏️300 мл молока смешиваем с сахаром и ванилью. Ставим на огонь и доводим до кипения. ✏️В это время остальные 100 мл холодного молока смешиваем с крахмалом. При постоянном помешивание тонкой струйкой вливаем воду с крахмалом в горячее молоко. Варим 2- 3 минуты. Масса будет густеть. Снимаем с огня. ✏️Раскладываем по формам. Даем остыть сначала при комнатной температуре, затем убираем в холодильник на полного застывания. Достаём и украшаем по вкусу. Ангела за трапезой!😇
