БЫСТРЫЕ БУТЕРБРОДЫ В АЗИАТСКОМ СТИЛЕ.

✅листья нори
✅рис отварной (круглозерный)
✅майонез постный (или другой густой соус по вкусу)
✅тофу (или рыба в дни, когда ее можно)
✅зелень (шпинат, айсберг и т.п.)
✅огурцы, болгарский перец, помидор и т. п.

✏️Берём листик нори квадратной формы.
В середину выкладываем немного отваренного риса.
Сверху – постный майонез.
Листочки зелени. У меня это салат айсберг.
Кусочки тофу- для сытости.
Брусочки огурца- для свежести.
Снова немного майонеза.
И опять рис.

✏️Дальше следим за руками!
Влажными руками смачиваем края листа.
Сразу заворачиваем к середине.
Также влажными руками прижимаем всё остальное.
Хорошенько утрамбовываем и придаем квадратную форму.

‼️В дни, когда можно рыбу, вместо тофу можно положить кусочки слабосоленой форели.
А вместо огурца – брусочки болгарского перца.
В общем, экспериментируйте👌

✏️Острым ножом разрезаем пополам.
Ну вкуснота же!

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly.
