САЛАТ ИЗ ПЕЧЕНОЙ КАПУСТЫ С СОЛЁНЫМИ ОГУРЦАМИ

Попробуйте приготовить и будете удивлены!

✅капуста - 1/2 кочана
✅солёные (или маринованныие) огурцы-2 шт.
✅укроп-20 гр
✅уксус (яблочный) - 1 ст. л.
✅чеснок-1 зуб.
✅растит. масло НЕ рафирир. - 1 ст. л.
✅соль, перец -по вкусу.

✏️Капусту заворачиваем с фольгу и запекаем до мягкости. От 45 до 60 мин. в зависимости от размера. Остужаем. ✏️Измельчаем капусту. Огурцы натираем на крупной тёрке.Выдавливаем чеснок ✏️Смешиваем капусту с огурцами, добавляем измельчённый укроп.✏️Заправляем маслом и уксусом. Если огурцы маринованные, то уксус можно не добавлять.Подсаливаем, если есть необходимость. Оставляем в холодильнике на пару часов. Подаём. Ангела за трапезой 😇

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
