Одна площадь не делится улицей. Площадь должна быть цельной. На то и называется площадь. Так что, на одной стороне площадь будет называться пл.Ленина и там навсегда останется памятник Ленину. А на второй стороне будет пл. Республики. Это логично. Никакой политики. Кстати, Ленин много усилий приложил, чтобы появилась Республика. В общем, делов-то. Ленин на месте, площади тоже.
Для горожан и гостей очень удобно будет. "Встречаемся на пл. Ленина". Раньше всегда надо было уточнять на какой половине 😃 а сейчас все просто и понятно. Встречаемся на пл. Республики, значит там где сэргэ 👍
