На территории бывшего пивзавода „Švyturis” открываются апартаменты, коворкинг, террасы и спортивные площадки. Название пространства – Švyturys UP | Urban Park. Весной этого года здесь уже можно будет резервировать места в коворкинге.

Одним из преимуществ проживания в „Švyturys UP” является возможность пользоваться спортивными, развлекательными и досуговыми зонами, не выходя из здания. Достаточно спуститься пешком по коридору на нижние этажи.
