В Карагандинской области создана обучающая группа из опытных железнодорожников, которые посещают предприятия Южного региона и обучают технический персонал.

Мастер производственного обучения Карагандинской дистанции электроснабжения Марат Адамин обучает своих коллег правилам охраны труда. Он работает на железной дороге с 1978 года. Его родители были железнодорожниками. Отец всю жизнь проработал путейцем в ПЧ Акадыр и, несмотря на приобретенную инвалидность до выхода на заслуженный отдых, был верен своей профессии. Мать трудилась в этой же структуре кочегаром.
