В отношении ряда комментаторов поста Володина о введении QR-кодов ожидаются «доследственные проверки, в том числе - экспертизы - в целях принятия процессуального решения о возбуждении административных и уголовных дел по факту публичного распространения заведомо ложной информации об эпидемии коронавирусной инфекции, экстремизма и призывов к нему (наказание - штрафы от 300 до 700 тысяч, лишение свободы на срок от 3 до 10 лет)»,сообщает источник, близкий к следственным органам МВД. Утверждается, что якобы очень много граждан пожаловались на противников вакцинации и потребовали привлечь их к ответственности.
Остается неясным, как среди 442 тысяч (!) комментариев будут выявлять ответы с заведомо ложной информацией, а главное — как это будут проверять и сколько времени это займет.
