Суд решил оставить в СИЗО коммерческого директора Ксении Собчак Кирилла Суханова и экс-главреда Tatler Ариана Романовского. При этом подчиненный Собчак частично признал вину, а его защитники просили перевести его под домашний арест. За него поручились Андрей Малахов и еще 15 бизнесменов и компаний.
Романовский также остается в СИЗО. Он заявлял, что в своей работе в Telegram-канале «Тушите свет» руководствовался Законом о СМИ. Сама Собчак заявила, что якобы не было причин не выпускать медийщиков под домашний арест — по ее словам, они никуда бы не сбежали и не стали бы мешать расследованию.
