Сегодня в Кирове состоялось возложение цветов приуроченное к 72-й годовщине со дня смерти И.В. Сталина.

Коммунисты и сторонники возложили цветы к памятной доске, почтив память выдающегося лидера и его вклад в историю страны. Так же цветы возложили к памятнику Феликсу Эдмундовичу Дзержинскому.

С речью о значении результатов ленинско-сталинской модернизации выступил секретарь Кировского обкома партии Илья Киселев. Он отметил, как модернизация, проведенная в трудные годы, стала основой для развития нашей страны и заложила фундамент под многие достижения, которые мы имеем сегодня.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
